To find out bulk density of powder as per ADMI Standard. Till date to find out bulk density method was very crude i.e., irregular height of stroke. Irregular force of stroke and uneven number of strokes because of lack of proper instrument. To overcome these problems, an instrument having regular number of strokes per minute with same force and height. Digital Timer to stop the working of machine after automatic fixed set time if desired at an extra cost.Powder is weighed and then poured into a measuring cylinder to Transparent (Accurate) plastic or glass and then bumping/strokes are done electrically by our instrument on topside having rubber sheet. Thus after desired time, we can again see measurements and thus bulk density. The instrument is very easy to operate too.

How to Operate:

1. Insert the mains lead supplied with the Bulk density apparatus into the mains computer socket on the rear part of the apparatus and the three pin plug of the lead into the mains plug.

2. The apparatus is provided with two in depended switches:

a) Mains switch

b) Timer switch

3. First of all switch the mains switch and see that the mains indicator starts glowing.

4. For minute selection please push the timer switch and timer indicator will be automatically on.

A magnetic stirrer is a laboratory device that employs a rotating magnetic field to cause a stir bar immersed in a liquid to spin very quickly, thus stirring it.
