The manual crown capping machine is used for affixing standard crown caps to glass bottles. The crown cork is placed into the stainless steel die and is held in place by a magnet. The crown is then secured by applying pressure manually by pushing the handle down. The main components of the manual crown capping machine are made out of mild steel while the crowning die is made of stainless steel (SS-304). Nickel-chrome plating and powder coating has been carried out to protect the components from wear.

The manual heat sealing machine is a versatile unit that is used predominantly in the food industry for sealing aluminium foils on plastic jars before capping. Items like jams, pickles, sauces are packed using this machine. The sealing surface (Heating plate) has a diameter of 150 mm and can seal containers having diameters of up to 135 mm.
